Percy Jackson and the Olympians: The Battle of the Labyrinth

Rick Riordan

This book is the fourth one in the Percy Jackson and the Olympian series. I would recommend reading the other books before reading this one. This book is about a 15 year old boy named Percy Jackson and his friends Annabeth, Grover, Tyson, and Rachel Elizabeth Dare. You should know that the Percy Jackson series is based off of greek mythology like Zues, Hercules, Poseidon, ect. Percy and Annabeth are half-bloods, which means that either their mom or dad is a god.Grover is a satar which means he is half goat. And Tyson is a Cyclops.(More about that in the books.) This book in the series is about a structure called the Labyrinth. It is a giant maze that is underground. A Titan army(in the 2-3 books)is planning to use the labyrinth to get to Camp half blood, a camp where half bloods go to stay safe from monsters that roam the world. In this book Annabeth is given a quest and a prophecy from the oracle and she takes Percy, Tyson, and Grover with her. While they are in the labyrinth they find that the titan lord kronos is reforming using their old friends body. This epic adventure with Percy is like an exciting roller coaster that you never want to get off of. Find out what they figure out, the problems they face, and the mysterious prophecy that comes true.
